What does this mean? Aren’t we going to douse the area in industrial chemicals and bleach?
No. We practice meticulous Chemical-Free Remediation. The result is our customers enjoy a 96% success rate (vs. the industry average of 65%).
One thing we’re extremely proud of, and which you’ll see echoed throughout our online reviews, is our honesty.
We tell it like it is. Folks who’ve come to us in often quite stressful times have appreciated that they can rely on our facts; data-backed and based on science. Honesty is Hardwired into the core DNA of our company.
When we say we’re the local Mold-Removal Nerds, it means we’re the ones the media and other industry professionals have turned to. It means we’re the ones holding lectures and giving presentations around the area.
The Valor Mold Cleaning Process takes longer because it’s ‘by the book’ specific, inch-by-inch, and what we like to call hyper-intensive cleaning.
Why do we take it to such an extreme level? We’re always asked this, and the answer is because that’s what it takes to get the job done RIGHT.
While we haven’t always offered this service, with the new InstaScope technology fueling our tests, we can now offer 100% accurate and reliable Mold Testing at a low, flat rate.
A: It’s best to get a test when you smell mold or have a leak. It’s also ideal to get a test when you or anyone experiences headaches, respiratory issues, etc. while in the living space that seem to go away when outside of it.
A: No, because we see it as a conflict of interest. When this situation comes up, we’re happy to provide referrals to independent mold testers we know and who we’ve vetted over time.
Because we’re talking about your health, nothing less than the than the national mold remediation standard (ANSI/IICRC S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation) will do for your Mold Remediation when we’re involved.
A: We want to figure out the underlying water problem just as much as you. So first, we investigate to try to determine the source of the mold issue. From there, the mold remediation work begins, and then leads into a restoration phase where we clean everything to the most meticulous degree. Finally, the restoration phase occurs to make the project area as good as new.
A: Hardly any. On the rare occasion we use chemicals (about 2% of jobs), they tend to either be basic antimicrobial agents to kill viruses and bacteria, mold stain removers, and mold encapsulates.
We remove mold the right way… and it would be an honor to hear from you.
